Exceeding $2.5 billion in assets, American Heritage Federal Credit Union, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is currently in search of a Chief Lending Officer. This individual will be strategically responsible for a robust lending operation including consumer, mortgage, and small business lending. In this role you will have oversight of an expanding $1.8 billion loan portfolio and a staff of approximately 70 individuals. The leadership team will look to this individual to diversity and balance the loan portfolio while managing risk. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in small business lending and be well versed in all facets of consumer and mortgage lending, including secondary marketing. The successful candidate will have 10 plus years of experience in managing lending operations for a financial institution, a proven ability to build commercial lending programs, and experience with a broad range of lending products.
