Firefighters & Company Federal Credit Union is looking for a bright, motivated and energetic individual to be our newest team player.

Candidate will be responsible for the control of late and/or delinquent loan accounts and pending late payment reminders. Candidate will be responsible for the collection of any overdrawn deposit/demand accounts,
making telephone calls on delinquent loan accounts, regular follow-up contact, and maintaining accurate records on delinquent loan accounts. Candidate will optimize collections on accounts while balancing the goodwill of members with the overall business interests of the credit union. Candidate must be able to ensure strict compliance with state and federal credit and collection rules and regulations in all collection practices.

Firefighters & Company Federal Credit Union is a strong community based financial institution with its' core in serving the firefighters, paramedics, and EMT's of the Montgomery, Miami, and Greene County region of Ohio.
