Position Details – Assistant Branch Manager
Grade: 10 (Hourly/ Non-Exempt)

Compensation: $20.51-$25.64 per hour + quarterly performance-based incentive

Cinfed Credit Union is searching for a Assistant Branch Manager based in Cincinnati, Ohio at the Roselawn Branch.

This individual will be responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of Branch operations, including individual and team performance. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and execute a proactive member experience, providing solutions and advice to improve member financial well-being, while achieving sales targets and creating member loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of similar or related experience; a two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; thorough knowledge of financial products and services; and strong technical skills. Solid leadership skills along with a professional demeanor and a high level of integrity are essential.
