The successful candidate will be the “frontline” to our members/guests, striving to build relationships and provide solutions. Candidates must be comfortable with learning new technology, communicating with different types of people, and promoting products/services.

Responsibilities
• Conduct routine transactions within time limits and guidelines (cash, checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals, etc.)
• Assess member needs and introduce new products and services when appropriate
• Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels, and educate about products and services
• Resolve members’ issues and supply relevant information
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, loyalty, and satisfaction
• Follow regulatory requirements
• Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
• Educate members about digital banking solutions and provide user support

Skills Preferred
• Proven working experience in banking, financial services, or a similar professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash drawers, receipt validators, money counters)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Solution-minded thinking
• Attention to detail and deductive reasoning
• Dependability and adaptability
