The selected candidate will collaborate with the Board of Directors to lead and direct all credit union plans, directives, and activities. The CEO will bring strategic direction, vision, and leadership to the Credit Union, ensuring financial stability and member satisfaction by building positive relationships with the Ashland community, and field of membership. Maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and prioritizing the best interests of members, employees, and the Credit Union are vital roles of this top leadership position. Requirements A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five to seven years of executive leadership experience in a financial institution are required. Credit union experience highly preferred. Areas of focus or strength desired: ●Credit Union regulatory requirements and expectations ●Community building and marketing experience ●Team development and culture building ●Growth minded and ready to engage ●Financial strategy and business acumen ●Willingness to act as the credit union advocate and evangelist to the Ashland Community and beyond Compensation An excellent competitive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate.
