We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Member Services team. This position involves customer interaction, so we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to work independently. The right candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure and make sound decisions based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
• Have excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software used by the company to service customer requests.
• Be able to deal with a diverse customer base including government agencies, financial institutions, and corporations.
• Have a general understanding of accounting principles and practices relevant to the customer base.
• Be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills.
• Understand information technology concepts relevant to the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

• Cash handling: 2 years (Preferred)
