Credit Union of Ohio is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead our Grove City location. The qualified individual will have excellent leadership, lending, and sales experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations while supervising the work of others. Below are the key responsibilities: -Manages the activities of the retail branch staff and distributes the flow of daily work to staff. -Motivate, coach, and develop branch staff. -Works directly with members to build relationships and provide products and services to achieve their financial goals. -Manages branch sales on an individual and branch basis that will include real estate, consumer loans and deposits. -Ensures that branch security procedures are followed on a daily basis. -Registers with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and maintains and renews the registration along with completing the required compliance training. -Adheres to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. -Actively participates special branch/company projects as requested. -Volunteers for corporate activities to help promote our organizational goals.
Qualifications: To be successful in this position, a minimum of two years management experience in a banking environment is required. You must also possess strong organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the desire to work in a team environment.
