This position supports all areas of lending and is an entry level position to become familiar with various aspects of lending & collection departments. Support will be provided to lending operations, loan servicing, asset protection, and loan officer support. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing applications for consumer, home improvement, first and second mortgages, home equity, credit card, and overdraft account loans. Ensures customers and prospective customers are promptly and professionally served. Provides general credit union information and cross-sells services when applicable. Performs loan research and finds solutions to items requiring attention. Assists the lending and collections department with administrative duties; including auto title work, imaging loan documents, payment notices, eosar disputes and assisting members with payment set up.
