DN Community Federal Credit Union in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our credit union. With assets of over $31 million, and over 3,700 members, we are proud to offer a full suite of financial services to our members. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can lead our dedicated staff.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Plan, direct and control all credit union activities in accordance with credit union plans, policies and directives as established by the Board of Directors. Ensure financial stability of the credit union. Provide member satisfaction, commensurate with the best interests of the members, the employees, and the credit union. Provide strategic direction, vision, leadership and management in all areas.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
 Direct all credit union functions, which include planning and implementing programs, policies, and procedures
 Manage the day to day operation of the credit union and establish office procedures to use staff most efficiently to promote products, provide outstanding member service and to achieve the goals of the credit union.
 Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies and procedures
 Ensure the credit union is in compliance with federal laws and regulations as set forth by NCUA and other State and Federal regulatory agencies
 Recruit, manage, evaluate, and develop and implement compensation plans for credit union staff
 Conduct business development activities to promote the growth and development of the credit union.
 Develop strategic plans for the growth and development of, and maintaining the financial security of the credit Union

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience in a financial institution, preferably a credit union
 Knowledge of sound techniques of financial management
 Bondable
 Ability to direct the day to day activities of the credit union
 Ability to develop and implement long term plans
 Ability to communicate effectively and work with the board to maintain policies and meet regulatory requirements
