Ohio HealthCare Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Services Representative for our Dublin location.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting members with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions in person, online and on the phone.

Identifying and selling credit union products and services beneficial to the member’s needs.
Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the credit union following all financial and security regulations and procedures.

Stay updated on new products and services and maintain awareness of current fraud alerts.

Previous cash handling and customer service experience is required
