Join Our Team – Collections Manager
Fremont Federal Credit Union (FFCU) is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead our Collections Department and support our mission of delivering the Best Advice, Best Service, and Best Products to promote healthy financial living.

In this role, you’ll:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
Oversee collections practices to ensure compliance and protect the credit union
Manage delinquent accounts, charge-offs, and legal proceedings
Partner with leadership to deliver accurate reporting and strong results
Provide outstanding service to both members and employees
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of Collections/Asset Recovery experience
Proven supervisory/leadership background
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of collection practices, regulations, and credit union operations

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000, commensurate with experience.
