Abbey Credit Union, located in Vandalia OH, is looking for an Accounting Clerk 2 to join our growing and dynamic team. This position is responsible for the processing and daily balancing and reconciliation of several general ledgers including debit/credit cards, ACH, and share drafts. This position also backs up the Accounting Clerk 1 and A/P as needed. A successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of excel, deductive reasoning, and the ability to analyze activity and general ledgers to find errors and omissions for balancing. This position is open for FT or PT, offering a flexible schedule for the right candidate. An accounting background or a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting in a depository institution is preferred. Pay range is $20-$25/hour (plus benefits) based on education and experience.
