An Operations Support Associate Provides support to the AVP, Operations in all areas of back-office support, including but not limited to: ACH, Card Support, Procedural/Compliance Assistance, Teller Support, BSA Compliance, Audits, and Operational Reporting

What You’ll Do
Process, correct and track and answer questions regarding EFT/ACH
Card support-process file maintenance, assist with plastic card recovery, process PIN requests, reporting
Assist with implementation of new or revised internal audit policies and procedures
Ensure Procedural Compliance and BSA Compliance for the credit union
Auditing branches for operational and loan procedures to ensure compliance
Main contact and expert in all areas of teller operations

What You’ll Need
High school diploma/GED required
Banking Experience, Minimum 1 year (ACH & Cards preferred)
Intermediate computer skills and practices
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication
Strong desire to help people

Pay Range-$17.00-$20.00/hour
