Mortgage Loan Processor

Credit Union of Ohio is currently seeking a Mortgage Processor for our mortgage department. Position is responsible for working with members to gather information required for loan underwriting in addition to coordinating with all applicable third parties.

Responsible for preparing real estate applications for underwriting. Provide all disclosures for first and second mortgage loan products. Position responsible for ordering appraisals, title report, and all other applicable reports or documentation as needed. Responsible for gathering required HMDA information.

Position requires a minimum of 1 year mortgage loan processing experience plus a general knowledge of consumer loan processing and underwriting fundamentals in a financial institution. Strong computer and organizational skills also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the desire to work with members educating and cross selling them on our credit union products and services.

Scheduled hours will include some Saturdays and additional hours during the week as needed.
