Job responsibilities: -Manages and supports the daily operations of the Card Services department and provides technical support for card products. -Responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing, fraud monitoring, dispute resolution and compliance with regulations. -Completes daily card operations and ATM management -Reconciles daily card transactions, manages settlements, and handles general ledger postings -Investigates fraudulent activity, chargebacks and resolve member transaction disputes
Required knowledge/experience: -Strong knowledge of card processing, disputes, fraud prevention, and Regulation E. -Understanding of Credit Union policies -Experience in card operations, payments, or financial services -Experience with Velera (formerly PSCU/Co-op Solutions) or similar card processor preferred.
