Education First Credit Union (EFCU) is seeking a Vice President of Lending & Member Solutions (Collections) to join our leadership team in Columbus, Ohio.

This executive-level role oversees lending and collections operations across the credit union, including consumer, mortgage, home equity, indirect lending, portfolio management, and member solutions. The VP will help drive strategic growth, manage credit risk, enhance operational efficiency, and support a member-focused culture centered on education, service, and financial wellness.

We’re looking for a collaborative leader with strong lending and collections experience, strategic thinking skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional member experiences.
