Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Teller - Customer Service. The Head Teller will be responsible for performing teller operations, handling cash transactions, leading the frontline, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Qualifications:
Teller Operations and Cash Handling skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience with deposits and cash transactions
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
Experience in a similar role is preferred
